Decided on breast implants to achieve you desired shape but unsure which types of breast implant are more suitable for you? While both saline and silicone breast implants are generally considered safe with about a 3% failure rate in 10 years. The video link giving below shows Dr. Richard Pavese, a registered surgeon, demonstrating the differences between saline and silicon breast implants.
Saline Breast Implants
Saline breast implants have a silicone shell with a small valve allowing the breast implants to be filled during surgery. The saline liquid is actually sterile salt water; if the saline breast implant does rupture the leakage of the salt water into the body is safe and will be normally discharged through the body.
Saline breast implants have a tendency, after time, to give wrinkles around the edges of the implants and are more likely to become displaced to the outer underarm area of the body. The saline breast implants, while giving the desired breast size, do not have the same feel as normal breast tissue.
Silicone Breast Implants
Silicone breast implants also have a silicone shell but are manufactured without a valve. The silicone is a gel like substance which is similar fluidity to treacle and is generally considered safe if the silicone breast implant leaks or ruptures. The silicone implants give a more natural feel to the breast although they are more expensive than the saline implants.
A second generation of silicone implants have now been manufactured which have a reduced fluidity, a consistency more like a jelly, which if the breast implant does rupture or leaks the silicone stays in place and does not disperse around the body.
My own preference would be for the silicone type breast implants and Dr. Richard Pravese does state women with thinner bodies and less breast tissue should opt for the silicone breast implants. Other things to consider are the risks of the surgery itself as well as the cost; breast implants need to be replaced every 10 years so there is also an ongoing maintenance cost.
Other natural Options
There are other natural breast enhancement creams and pills that may also work for you. Several products have been review on this site and certainly offer a cheaper option than breast surgery. My own personal favourite is Triactol Bust Serum. You also need to consider the reasons why you actually want to increase your breast size with the added risk of surgery. However it is ultimately your choice and the video does assist in helping women choose the best option for themselves and that is ultimately the goal of breastenhancementnow
